Make your riches fast!

Speed up your adventure prep time with the Market District People Pack, a highly-organized collection of mini-adventures, maps, NPCs and plot hooks for creative GMs. Everything takes place near the market square of a magical city.

Imagine taking your players through these new locations:

  • Market Square, Clothiers’ Guild, Jeweler Shop, Department Store, Merchant’s House, Exclusive Hotel

But these aren’t normal locations. Everything is going wrong. It might be the revenge of a planar entity or hidden pocket dimensions behind the bedding department. Every location gives you ideas to throw at your players, and people with adventure hooks.

This pack contains these mini-adventures:

  • "War of the Rich," "The Crooked Clothier," "Gemstone of Power," "The Portal Department," "Merchant's Curse," "Hotel Planar Bandits"

Features

  • Seven NPCs, all tied to a market district — and they all have problems that need solved and quests for the players
  • Six locations with maps that can be dropped into any adventure that takes place in an area focused on buying and selling
  • A d20 random table, with even more story starters
  • A neighborhood map that ties all the locations together
  • A story-based prologue to add flavor
  • And more!

More about the City Handbook

The 54 city locations are organized into nine districts - The Rough Part of Town, The Theater District, the Docks District, The Market District, The Abandoned District, the Wealthy District, the University District, Outside the Walls, and the Castle District.

Yes! All 54 locations have maps. The 9 districts each have a district map, and every district has its own random table. Everything in the book is designed to give players fun locations to explore.

This book is for GMs that want to fill their cities with interesting locations. You can drop any location into your world. A unique index at the front helps GMs string together worlds to create adventure threads that help the players live out roles, like detectives or monster hunters.
